The Aim: To experience the glamour and excitement, the pleasure, pain and potential crash and burn lifestyle of the Music Industry in a day.To discover what it’s like to be a Pop Star in a newly formed act about to be launched onto a demanding market, looking for that all important breakthrough hit and vital video to smash them into the charts.

The Challenge: Based around attitude, energy and atmosphere, The Stateside Team will be looking to inspire some full on performances from everyone taking part and in every area.
There will be a team building and competitive element to the event, carried out with humour, enthusiasm and some traditional bullyin....encouragement!

FEATURING……..The Record Producers: Overseeing the whole event, they will be coaching our stars and using all the secret techniques, special effects and professional direction associated with making a real record to achieve a stand out vocal. -‘These guys are meticulous and will not take I’m tone-deaf for an answer’

The Sound Engineer: Our sonic master will be ensuring pop perfection and digital delectation.
Or in layman’s terms, he’s going to make our new artists sound like their own singing heroes. - ‘Please don’t talk to him, he’s quite boring’

The Choreographer: Having danced for Beyonce, 50 Cent and many other celebrated acts, this highly motivated Dance Coach will be putting the teams through their paces with some seriously funky moves and creating a personalized routine for the group. - ‘Line dancing this definitely isn’t’

The Video Director: Looking to make a sensational video to promote our star act and their song, our Video Director will assist in the storyline, casting and every other aspect of film to ensure that a visual Pop masterpiece is guaranteed. - ‘Get ready for some serious tantrums’

The Jamaican DJ: Straight from the Reggae capital of Kingston (Jamaica not Surrey) comes our very own Shaggy. He will coach the teams on some real rockin rhyming riddums and give them a taste of some seriously sexy street speak. Having featured on many records, performed at countless clubs, our Jamaican DJ will give the teams a unique insight into a much loved lyrical style that has influenced the British music scene for years. ‘Dem man and gyal may never speak English the same way again……' u get me blood ’
